Get the Best Alcohol & Drug Evaluations and Assessments

from the most trusted source.

I have been a leader in the alcohol and drug rehabilitation, prevention and assessment field for over thrity-five years. In that time I ran all of the programs for the State of New Mexico and was on the faculty of Colorado's Medical School. Those years of experience are important in ensuring you that your alcohol or drug evaluations or assessment is done correctly and with the highest level of professional ethics.

I have been doing alcohol and drug assessments and evaluation for the past two years, which is totally about 400. Doing this type of hands-on work and talking driectly to the public, has given me new and valuable insight into some of the unethical "tricks" that are being run on the public that are seeking professional help.

The most common practice that you will not want to happen to anyone, especially if you are the one needing an assessment is as follows:

First of all, most people that get a DUI or DWI (both being basicall the same except for the terms that some states have decided to use.) hav emde a mistake that they know they will never make again and, statistically, they probably won't. These peopl have no experience with the alcohol and drug courseling field and assume that if someone is advertising that they do alcohol and drug assessments, they are probablly qualified and ethical... That isn't a safe assumption.

I have had numerous clients that should have received an alcohol an drug evaluation that state that they didn't need any more counseling or classes, but ionstead the evaluator said that they had top send the evaluation driectly to the courts or the DMV and didn't offer the client a chance to see the results...and... you guessed it, they find out latter that they are being required to take two years of classes or, in one case, an intensive outpatient program. As the person that is being evaluaed, it is probably too late to change the courts opinion or that of the DMV after a "Professional" turns in statements of this type.

Always demand that you have to see the draft, keep a copy and any other documentation that shows that you haven't been able to change the document. to prove that you were misled

Better yet, don't get an evaluation from someone that doesn't have credentials that woulld preclude these types of behaviors. If you have any questions about the professionalism of the person that you have chosen, assuming it isn't me, call and I will hellp you decide or I will be happy to help you. There are those that are less expensive that my time, but out of all of my evaluations none have been refused or denied. It makes a real difference to see that someone with credentials higher than anyone else doing this type of work, has said: "The client doesn't have any alcohol and drug addiction potential and, therefore, doesn't need any more counseling or classes other than those prescribed by the state regulations.

Call and I will be happy to help you,
